Centrale, host accogliente e gentilissimo, economico per gli standard di Venezia. Consigliatissimo!

Excelente ubicación.. amplia habitación, silenciosa y luminosa en inmejorable ubicación. . La casa estuvo a nuestra disposición.

This private room in a beautiful Venetian home is a gem! Walkable to the Rialto Bridge, the Mercato Rialto, and Piazza San Marco, but also situated in a quiet area. We so enjoyed being close to the Grand Canal. Stefania has set out all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The room has a really cool view from the roof window (it's on the top floor). Just a great find in the heart of Venezia. We would happily return here! Grazie!

Stefania and her daughter are very sweet and helpful hosts. Stefania was very accommodating to our needs and showed us local spots to eat and things to see. Communication with her was easy and she was reachable in times of need. Her home is centrally located to all of Venice sights and attractions. Chambre très grande sous les toits (attention aux personnes de grandes tailles). Tout est top. L emplacement, l appartement, la proximité du vaporetto, du Rialto et des restaurants. Notre séjour de 4 nuits était TOP. Merci

Buen lugar y anfitriona amable. Nuestros únicos inconvenientes fueron más bien físicos o estructurales: hay que subir varios pisos y algo estrechos. Nosotros teníamos unas maletas grandes y pesadas, lo que fue un martirio. Lo segundo es que al ser mansarda habían sitios en que el techo que eran muy bajos, y mi marido que es alto se pegó muchísimas veces. A parte de eso, el lugar es agradable y bien ubicado.

L'alloggio è molto accogliente e spazioso. Ubicato in una posizione centrale e strategica (perchè facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione santa lucia e perchè si trova a due passi da Rialto). la host è stata molto disponibile e (Website hidden by Airbnb) tornerei sicuramente molto volentieri!

Stefania (and her daughter) were great hosts. They were very accommodating when we needed anything. The room felt a little bit chilly though during mid-April (it was rainy and daytime ~5C outside). Location was great - very close to everything and yet not touristy (a good thing). Venice being quite small we were able to walk everywhere with ease. Attic window had a great view.

We had a great time at Stefania's place. So conveniently located! Close to everything. Great communication too.
