Retired now, I share my three bedroom house with 'Pearl Bailey' my Burmese cat. I like music, going to concerts as often as possible, and I have a women's program on community radio Huonfm every Friday morning 10-12 so I love to interview women about their lives and listen to women's music. I like to walk on Roaring Beach- the best beach in the south of Tasmania. It is one minute from door to sand and in warmer weather, I swim. I love my next g Internet access and my solid fuel stove in winter which keeps the house toasty while I eat Masaaki's wonderful sushi twice a week. I love the 90 species of birds including several raptors such as the sea eagles that I share my environment with and feel thrilled when I see possums and the occasional echidna or quoll who visit my garden. I am keen to keep using airbnb to visit other places in the world.
I welcome musicians and artists, writers or art lovers for 2 night minimum stays. I have a wicked sense of humour and I will help you get the best out of your stay with me whatever it is you love about my uniquely wild and pristine environment.
