Response from Patty:
These are a bunch of lies really. The payment went thru the day after I arrived, and Jon fully knows it. I do not see why I should pay 600 euros in cash, knowing that my card was being credited, and taking the risk of being short of cash in case I needed it.
Jon was not in London, so I never met him. I only met his friend who had nothing to do with this, so I was certainly not rude or aggressive with him or his friend, contrary to what Jon is trying to say. I just talked to Jon for few minutes on the phone asking him to cancel the reservation, which he of course did not do.
The other comments from Jon are just wrong and ridiculous allegations which are made in an attempt to discredit my comments on his apartment. These allegations have no basis whatsoever except bad faith and bad temper. These are so ridiculous that I won’t even bother answering.
Of note, in parallel to his public comments, Jon sent me some private comments (which I won’t reproduce completely) saying : “go f… yourself”.
This speaks for itself....
I will not dwell on this story anymore, and close the matter for good.
