Lower East Side
Felix was an excellent host, the apartment was amazing! we would rent it again in a heartbeat.
Everything was clean and spacious. I would recommend it to everyone. Thanks Felix for your warm hospitality.
We stayed for a month at Felix apartment! Everything was perfect, kitchen and bathroom were renovated and the whole apartment had a great style. The apartment has really high ceiling with big windows and it has a fantastic view of seward park. We would definitely repeat!
Stunning apartment in a great location in the Lower East Side. Stayed here for three weeks and it felt like home. The apartment is full of lovely art, beautiful Danish, mid-century furniture and a great book collection. Access across the street the F train and a citibike station out front means it's easy to get around. Being right on the edge of Chinatown also meant there was always a ready supply of cheap fresh fruit and vegetables.
Felix was great to deal with - although we didn't see him he checked in via email to make sure everything was in order for us and was really responsive.
If you're looking for creature comforts, this apartment is definitely a winner!
A perfect NY experience!
Well situated, in the frontier between China Town and the Lower East Side, the fantastic Felix´s loft has been a great surprise.
A special place, perfect for architecture and art lovers.
Located in a beautiful restored building, unique in the area,
Felix house surprise you with tones of natural light and calm.
The huge windows give a fantastic view of the park trees and the Empire State!!
The loft has high ceilings and a great collection of design furniture, art and lamps with an amazing selection of architecture, decoration and trends books and magazines.
This is a really modern, and at the same time warm and comfortable space.
Felix´s loft has a really good bed, a great empty closet available in the bedroom, perfect bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning system works really well and there´s a cool Bose sound system, perfect for Ipod/Iphone.
Is easy take a taxi in the area, but the best is to have an F-line subway station in front of the building. Opposite the house there is a park, to your right the Lower East side with supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, bars, coffee shops...
to your left the same but in the Chinese version.
You are just 10-12 minutes walking to Soho, Little Italy, Brooklyn and the Lower East side´s center. Very well connected house.
Felix was really kind and attentive. We couldn´t met personally but communication was perfect and easy through Airbnb and telephone. He advised of our entry and departure to the really helpful 24 doormen that gave us the keys and kept our luggage last day. Everithing was ready when we arrived.
Felix makes things easy and fluid. Great host!!
*On the other hand, sometimes the refrigerator roars, once you get used to the sound you forget it.
Bedroom´s window was broken
(You don´t need to open it, but is good to know it)
If you want to go to Soho and you don´t like estrange smells, dirt or multitudes avoid Chinatown.
Felix loft is a really great place to stay, different, stylish, peaceful and very comfortable.
If you want to feel like a New Yorker you have to be here!
We hope to come back soon.
This is a perfectly located appartment (you are very quickly in Brooklyn, but also in Soho/Nolita) which is surprisingly quiet - even it's at the boarder to China-Town and very near to the Metro-Station (F-Line). Beautiful view, cool bars around the corner, cosy bedroom, eclectic furniture- and art-objects; nice, modern kitchen that makes you wanna cook. The only donwside thing was the refrigerator that was really noisy sometimes. I would recommend this place to anyone; especially to people interested in art and design, because Felix' book/magazine-collection is amazing.
