I was so upset to have to cancel Barbara's reservation. It was my first
and hopefully last cancellation. Barbara's reservation was made several
months in advance, and unfortunately my living situation changed and made
it no longer possible to host her in September. Barbara was very
understanding of the situation and I offered to do anything in my power to
help her find a new place to stay. Rest assured that this was an isolated
incident and I take the Airbnb reservation policy very seriously as both a
guest and a host.
