Zoe is a lovely host! She is so friendly and nice - she left breakfast items like jam, milk, bread and butter in the annex and showed us round. It was exactly as described - very nice bathroom, comfortable bedroom with tv and freeview. Zoe also has some really friendly dogs who are always ready to say hello! The location is great - a five minute drive from the Peak District. There's also a Co-op that is a 3 minute walk away from the accomodation and the neighbourhood is nice and pretty. Overall - had a great time and would be happy to stay with Zoe again! Thanks for everything!
We had a great stay at Zoe's place. It was a perfect place for us to explore the east Peaks. Very comfortable place to stay.
Had a fantastic stay in Zoe's annex. Had everything we needed - comfy bed, great shower, cooking equipment and a lovely complementary bottle of wine. The place was conveniently located within walking distance from the local shops and was a great place to stay for our visit to the Peak District. Thanks Zoe!
Zoe went to a lot of trouble to make us welcome. She wasn't able to accommodate us in the annexe, but very kindly offered us the spare bedroom in her home. It had been newly decorated and had everything we needed. We had tea\coffee making facilities in the room (with fresh milk) and Zoe welcomed us with a plate of stollen. Breakfast was very nicely cooked and presented with plenty of choice. Thank you Zoe for a very pleasant stay!
Zoe's annexe was perfect for our family group which included a one-year old. It was a great combination having self-catering facilities for Saturday evening and overnight, then full breakfast provided on Sunday morning. It was easy to find, and Zoe was very flexible about our arrival time on Saturday.
A delightful guest who kept us informed throughout our communications. Would have no hesitation in welcoming her again or to recommend.
