Hi! We're Jess and Scott. We have two small children and have lived on the Mornington Peninsula since 2006.
Besides each other, we can't live without coffee and internet!
This is a great find, a retro-feeling house with plenty of space, 5 minutes from St Andrew's beach. The furnishings were warm, colourful and fun. The house has a large outside area which is great for kids. The house was was clean, comfortable and had a nice feeling about it. Jess was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Highly recommended.
Very happy. Jess & Scott are wonderful hosts, clear & easy to communicate with. The accommodation is described accurately in their listing and we found it very homely, clean & comfortable. Great location - 10 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes drive to supermarket & town shops. We had a 3yo with us who really appreciated all the toys, books, games & especially the T-Pee in the kids play room. We also enjoyed the piano and many interesting books. Tea, coffee, milk and other essentials were also provided. Happy to recommend this accommodation. Thanks for opening up your home to us, Mark & Izumi.
Great location, tidy - a warm and homely place. Five of us decided to use the house as a weekend retreat while we went out onto the beach nearby to do some reflection and seeking vision. Jess and Scott were both great hosts who helped us sort out a few kitchen items as well as a technical challenge ... like trying to watch a YouTube movie on their large TV which we finally managed to do. It was great to have wifi internet connection.
I find that it always seems to be extra interesting when you play host to a fellow Airbnb host, and so it was with young Scott, the male half of Jess & Scott from the Airbnb listing: "Titus" 4 br Family Beach House - located at St Andrews Beach on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria Australia.
Well, that takes care of the plug, now for the review!
Scott and his good mate Matt were on the Gold Coast to tow a caravan back to Victoria and while here they thought that it would be nice to attend a car show at Southport and relax at the same time.
Both Scott and Matt were a delight to host and the two of them had no trouble in adapting to the routine of life that we all seem to enjoy here on the Gold Coast.
I can readily say that both Viv and I have no hesitation in recommending young Scott (and of course it goes without saying, young Jess as well) as being ideal Airbnb guests. And just for the record, we also say the same for young Matt as well.
