Thank you Joe for getting the place ready on a short notice.
Condo was great and Joe was a very accommodating host. Great neighborhood near dt, would highly recommend this place.
I highly recommend renting this property in you are visiting the Denver area. It's a very comfortable place with a lot of cool stuff inside. The post-it note wall should be in a museum somewhere. You will have to rent the place to see what it is though! I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The condo is in a good location and there is a lot within walking distance or an Uber ride away. Very good communication leading up to when you arrive as well. Joe leaves drink and breakfast food for you when you arrive so that is always a plus and there is a Wholefoods right down the street to stock the fridge for whatever you like. I will 100% stay here again when I visit Denver to explore some more. Thanks again.
Lots of character in this house and nicely renovated. The location is great - walking distance to downtown. Joe was out of town during our stay but was very responsive over email and text. Thanks Joe!
Although I never actually met Joe, he was extremely helpful and provided us everything we needed. He couldn't have made it easier to get in to the place, especially since we were arriving quite late. His place was perfect for us and in a great location as it was within walking distance to many, many good spots. Joe was also kind enough to leave us a few clean towels and soap, which definitely helped us out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Denver for a long weekend!
Joe's apartment is in a perfect location. Capitol Hill is close to Whole Foods and Cheeseman park. It's within walking distance to a lot of great places which made my stay perfect. The apartment itself is very lived in.
Though we never met in person, Joe was extremely communicative and easy to get ahold of in case of an issue. I really appreciated his loan of his bcycle card, so that I could easily use the bike-share program to get around. The proximity to a grocery store is great and the bus system is nearby, if you visit here without a car. There were fresh flowers on the table when I arrived, which was a lovely welcoming touch. Also, that red couch in the picture is massively comfortable!!! This is a spacious place that I thoroughly enjoyed staying in when I was in Denver.
Joe was really friendly and very responsive when we had questions, like where to get a good slice of pizza. The neighborhood was really nice, we felt safe and all. The parking wasn't as bad as the listing makes it out to be. The apartment was cozy.
Host very available by e-mail and texting--immediate responses. Great location in Capitol Hill neighborhood. Lots of room. Washer/dryer in basement. Comfortable. Walked to diner, coffee cafe, jazz club, liquor store, grocery. Seemed like safe area. Nice place.
Cool part of town - easygoing host. I'd stay again
Perfect guests! Perfect comunication, easy going, nice, kind and polite!
Alaways welcome to stay with us again! Highly reccommend them to all hosts!
I never got to meet him, but he seemed like a nice guy, left my place as good as he found it and was easy to work with!
Great house guest - easy to coordinate with Joe and he is very friendly. Him and his friends treated my house with the utmost respect and left it in pristine condition, just as they found it. He is welcome back anytime!
Joe booked the Bouldin Jewell for himself and his friends for their sxsw stay in Austin. They were great guests in that there were never any problems during their stay and they left everything in the house in tiptop shape. Joe was excellent at communicating about checking in/out. I would definitely host again!
Joe is an awesome traveller and guest. He stayed at my apartment in Japan, which is old and packed with neighbors and a few cats. He managed to charm the locals and even teach them new baseball chants! Joe was sorely missed when he left these shores. I remember that day - the whole nation seemed to weep as the sky broke with rueful rain.
Joe is great and fun and great-fun. He's also courteous and smart. We've traveled together to the east coast to see the Avett Brothers, and we've also road tripped all over Colorado - including 20-30 snowboarding trips. And we have another trip on the books for this summer - Chicago for the Pitchfork Festival. I have shared my home with Joe, and I'll do it again.
