From Atlanta GA. Love living in Athens and enjoying the culture of a big city with the traffic of a small town.
The place is very well appointed and spotlessly clean, in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. Good linens, towels and soaps. The hosts are friendly and flexible. The backyard smells of lilacs in Spring!
The cottage was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Great location. Jeff and his family were very nice. They were gracious and offered the treehouse for our girls to play in which made our mornings easy! We'd definitely stay again!
Staying at Jeff's little bungalow was so perfectt for a quick weekend stay in Athens. Clean and quiet and a nice walk to downtown (wish it had been warmer)!
We loved our stay here! It was absolutely perfect for a game weekend in Athens, we walked to breakfast, downtown and to the stadium (not having to worry about parking on game day is a huge bonus!) Jeff and Jocelyn were just lovely, and wonderful hosts. The place is very new, clean, comfortable with everything you could need. They even welcomed us with local beer and wine, plus coffee and milk to start the morning off right! We've stayed at quite a few (website hidden) and airbnb's, and this was one of our best experiences :)
My brother and I brought our girlfriends for a quick weekend stay to go to the football game. We are so grateful for the welcoming and comfortable experience we had. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you so much, Jeff!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for the LSU Georgia game. It was a great location, nice and quiet. Really a cute place and the hosts were great. We never saw Jeff but we so appreciated all of the little added touches. They had wine for us and popcorn. It was great.
We were lucky enough to be the first guests at Jeff Hall's adorable little house that is located behind his own adorable house! It made a perfect home away from home for 4 of us (two of us slept on an air mattress)! It is easy to find, walking distance to downtown Athens, and just 1.4 miles to Sanford Stadium! Jeff and his wife left a six pack of craft beer and a bottle of wine in the fridge which was such a fun thing to have greeting us! The pictures were spot on! The shower was heavenly (especially after a very rainy football game!), the bed was so comfy and the setting is very relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of being on campus! Jeff and his family were perfect hosts! We highly recommend this house!
