Hey, I'm Juri!
London, United Kingdom · Member since October 2012

I live in London since 2007. In 2012, I moved into my town house in West London, Chiswick and now i have a second house and home in Ravenscourt Park (Hammersmith & Fulham) directly at the River, stunning!

I used to be Investment Banker, turned my back on that beloved industry and founded the online fashion retailer 'Avenue 32'.

Currently, I am building a new venture around unisex eye-wear, which is called 'Luno'. Next to that, I am working on a new hotel business concept - merging the old and fusty hotel industry with a more fast pace and for more flexibility searching society.

I am very organized but also quite laid back at the same time and I love meeting lots of new and interesting people, there is so much to learn from different backgrounds and cultures.

I receive many kind reviews, please have a look on my profile. I picked one that might describe the overall experience including guests staying here quite well:

“Really great place to stay. So well organised and super clean and more like a small boutique hotel. Very cosmopolitan, entrepreneurial and upmarket bunch of people staying there. Juri is an amazing and so positive-energy host and made sure that I was ok with everything. He is very easy going and you can come and go as you please. Less than 5 minutes to the High Road and its cafes and shops! Really fabulous place to stay, and amazing value for the money, I will be back!”

Guests will enjoy staying in genuine Early Victorian Age houses containing special details done 150 years ago but preserved to perfection.

Details like the front doors or the stairs, both completely hand-made in oak, are very typical for the English Renaissance Revival style. The roofs were made in the 1840’s using customized moulds for every single corner.

This sort of architecture was only possible during such age as labour costs were notably lower, allowing significant time and effort being spent in every detail.

All elements combined, create a cosy and charming atmosphere, which will be your home for a few lovely days.
