I am from Lecce, a city in the South of Italy; now I live in Trento since I am a Law student at Trento Univesity.
I do really like travelling and this website makes my searches fun and more interesting!
Dear John, I have called you as soon as we arrived because we were having troubles in understanding where we had to settle and because we wanted to be sure that the people who were insistently ringing the doorbell were actually your guests. I called you and you have not answered. After this, you even apologised by text for the confusion created with the rooms and for not telling us about the other group earlier.
Then, I asked you about the towels twice, in two differents texts: you ignored my request in the first text, and just replied me when I made it more explicit in the following text. And you yourself still apologised 'for not making explicit before' that there was a supplement of 4£ for four (and we were five).
As you can see, I have contacted you both by emails, texts and even by (missed) calls. I did not just 'grumble' in the review.
What is more, I cannot really understand how you would have resolved 'all these certain things which annoyed us immediately'. First, about the other guests, I myself have written in the review that their presence in the house was, naturally, perfectly fine and we have never wished that you kicked them out (if you meant this, by resolving all our concerns immediately). We just wanted to know it to feel safe in your house. Second, about the towels, it was not clear at all that they were not available, and, since that was not our first airbnb experience, we were really (stupidly?) sure that there was a difference in booking an apartment or a bnb, and in booking an hostel.
Having said, no rancour at all on our side, naturally.
All the best.
