I am not going to respond directly to this guest regarding her review, but do want to respond to any prospective guests who read this person's review.
We understand that we cannot please all the people all the time, but we do please most (please see the 250+ reviews). Sometimes we host guest who have personal issues, this particular guest reported that it took 8 hours to resolve the issue with the TV. This is NOT correct, I receive ONE call, and had the issue taken cae of within minutes of receiving the complaint from the guest, the ironic thing is, is that the guest actiually caused the issue in the first place.
As already mentoned, sometimes, sadly we have guests who have an agenda, which is part of the business, we are very fortunate, that most of our guests are very happy with are rental units
