Our check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. This is clearly displayed in our description and profile of the property.
At 7:00am, Mr Green (caretaker of the property) received a phonecall at his house (before he was at work) that the guests were at the property. It is true that the guests called him a day before to say that they would be there at 7 o'clock. Naturally, he assumed that they would be arriving after 3pm (i.e. 7pm - NOT 7am). We had no advanced notice that the guests wanted an early check in. (which can sometimes incur an extra charge).
Luckily, there were no guests still in the property to check out. Therefore, instead of refusing the guests access to the property, Mr Green hastily arranged for the room to be prepared (during one of the busiest times of the year) . Naturally, this does take time and hence the guests had to wait for 3 hours.
We are sorry if the cleaners missed seeing some of the broken bulbs but under the circumstances, it is quite understandable. We received no complaints or feedback from the guests at the time. If there is a broken\missing bulb, please report it to Mr Green and he will gladly get replacements.
We have had no complaints about lack of WiFi before. It is available but it is not a free service, a small fee of a few dollars a day is required. We will look into it to see what the problem or confusion was.
The apartment is cleaned continually and we have had no complaints before.
