Chiara responded quickly to all my emails and was able to move the check-in time slightly to allow us to settle in when we arrived instead of having us wait an hour or two after landing in Rome. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The layout worked great for us (two couples) and the neighbourhood was centrally located and close to the Metro, which made arrival from the airport easy as well. We didn't do much cooking at the place so the small kitchen didn't really get used, so I don't know how well stocked it was. I would book this apartment again.
Very nice apartment and good location, easy to reach.
Appartamento molto carino e'accogliente, full optional ,zona meravigliosa ,molto silenzioso, proprietaria gentilissima e'disponibile,ci tornerò sicuramente.
Chiara´s communicate very well with us, and her husband welcome us to the apartment when we arrived to Rome. The localization is great, and the apartment fulfill al our expectations during our 2 weeks stay. Chiara was very helpful and also give us good recommendations of Rome.
Все прошло прекрасно! Фото соответствуют реальности. Район отличный - самый центр, метро рядом (1 минута)! Хозяин очень любезен
Chiara super sympa, appart très bien situé , impeccable, confortable, j'y retournerai avec plaisir !
This was for us the perfect place to stay. All main atractions are in walking distance from the apartment. Chiara was a very good host, and everything was perfect. The two bedrooms in the apartment is in each end, and there is also a bathroom in each end. Perfect for two couples that travel together.
We were two retired couples that spent five nights in Rome at this lovely apartment. I will give a description of the accommodations, including information that I would have liked while searching for lodging on AirBnB. First of all, I think this was the "homiest" place that we stayed in Italy. (We also stayed at AirBnB rentals in Venice and Florence). To us, the biggest (relative) negative were the three flights of steep, fairly narrow spiral stairs from the entrance to the apartment. We knew that there would be stairs, but these were a bit more extreme than we anticipated. We found it hard to take more than one piece of luggage at a time, so arrival and departure necessitated extra trips up and down. However, once we arrived at the apartment, we found a very charming space. Lots of interesting and attractive artwork and decorations were on display, but not pretentious. Both bedrooms were fairly large and had comfortable queen beds. The one we used (the canopy bed pictured) had lots of usable closet and drawer space. There was a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine attached. The room tended to be dark, as there is a lot of dark wood flooring and paneling, with only one window. There are several lamps and two electric wall sconce light, but the cumulative wattage wasn't that much. The overall effect was actually pleasing, but sometimes it was a bit difficult to find things. The other bedroom was brighter, and had a larger bathroom with a tub and hand held shower nozzle. The bathroom was adjacent, but off the common area. The common area had a sofa, love seat, and dining table against the wall, with four chairs. There is a TV with satellite receiver which we didn't use. The kitchen was small, but had a nice gas stoves do oven, good sized refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher (which we didn't use). We didn't see a microwave. It was well supplied with dishes and cookware, including three Moka pots. The wifi worked well. Check in was easy. We told Chiara when we were due in to Termini Station, and texted her when we arrived. We took a taxi from the station to the apartment (E8.50), and she was waiting for us and buzzed us in the street door. She met us at the apartment and gave us an orientation, as well as leaving keys. No additional money was requested. There was a small message board with info about the neighborhood, such as markets, pharmacy, restaurants, as well as helpful signage around the apartment. She was available by text or AirBnB message if there was an issue. The neighbor is lively with a myriad of restaurants and shops nearby. A block from Via Veneto and the Piazza Barberini with a Metro stop, taxi stand and several bus lines. Few minutes walk to Spanish Steps or Trevi fountain. There was a nice grocery store 5 minute walk away. One idiosyncrasy was the hot water....
Excellent location. Safe, minutes walk away from almost everything you need (metro, shops, restaurants) + most sight seeing areas. The apartment , with its 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is perfect for families and even for 2 couples. Chiara was a an extremely responsive host. Was able to reach her before and during our stay easily. The handover of the house and the check out was very smooth. Everything (ac, hot water, dishwasher, fridge, stove etc.) worked perfectly in the house. A whole closet and hangers were available for our cloths.
The apartment is on the third floor (stairs only), so make sure you have smaller luggage. But during the stay this was not a problem at all.
If we ever go back to Rome, we can certainly stay there again.
