I am the owner of fresh, a vegetarian cafe. The apartment is situated above the cafe and is stylish and comfortable.
Lovely little art deco apartment close to CBD. Clean and inviting. Above a great cafe.
This apartment is in a great location and has the basics for a good stay. Loved sitting on the couch watching the world through the big windows. The bed was comfortable but the downsides was the early morning noise since this is really in a CBD area so be prepared for rubbish trucks and blower noise. Good value for money, but nothing flash. The cafe downstairs has amazing coffee and sweet treats!
lovely friendly welcome from Lizzy, comfortable apartment and Launceston was great. thanks
My husband & I stayed in the studio apartment for 1 night in March. We wanted 1 special night in Launceston before heading to the Deloraine Stringfest. It did not disappoint! Nina was a wonderful host and left a great breakfast in the fridge for us which was much appreciated after just arriving off the plane from Sydney the day before.
This stay at Nina's was right down memory lane for us, & very romantic. My husband & I met at Charles Sturt Uni (formally Rivcol), we were vegetarians, shared an old apartment above a shop in the main street & honeymooned in Tassie in 1987. We couldn't have enjoyed it more.
To tell the truth, I could live here. The privacy through the beautiful green foliage outside was wonderful and fresh, the bed was great, and having a healthy cafe downstairs - what a bonus! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Nina's apartment was really lovely, it was huge and fully of beautiful furniture with these amazing huge windows overlooking the park. Its a stones throw to the centre of town and very easy to walk to everything. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
My partner and I stayed at Nina's studio for two nights during our holiday in Tasmania. The apartment was just as described and very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the central location and the easy access to the city centre. However, this means that it's not quiet either with passing vehicular traffic or people making their way round town. This didn't bother us but I travel with earplugs! Nina was a delight to deal with.
Great place to stay, above a very popular vegetarian cafe which seems to be the "in place" in Launceston and in a central location. Some provisions (milk, bread & fruit) were left for our arrival, which was very welcome. Nina could not have been more helpful. We stayed in the Studio Apartment; the only downside to that was the traffic noise - but not really an issue when you're on holiday.
Great location and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and Nina was very hospitable - would recommend to others
Fabulous location! Very central and walkable to everything in the downtown area including the gorge. Very lovely apartment with a nice view of the park across the street. Although the apartment was on the street, the bedroom was not, making it very quiet for sleeping. Upon arrival there was homemade bread, butter, regular and soy milk, tea, and fruit.
A nice and well equipped apartment. We enjoy stay here.
A great guest to have stay!
