Great location on the edge of downtown - lots of great cafes nearby, easy walking to most anything you need. Nicely (if sparely) furnished, but be warned that there is no AC and the apartment's south facing walls cause it to get very warm. A couple of box fans helped, but with the mid-90s temps we had during our stay, it often took until after 11pm to get the interior bedroom below 85 degrees.
The apartment's side windows face Broadway, which is surprisingly busy even late at night, so with windows open it was pretty loud.
In cooler weather, this would be an ideal place.
Ryan was a perfect guest. Very personable, respectful, and interesting to talk to. We enjoyed his stay with us and welcome him back anytime!
Ryan and friends were courteous, orderly, quiet - perfect guests!,
Ryan and his friend Rami stayed at my Chicago apartment for 2 nights. Ryan communicated his arrival plans well, and messaged me when he left to let me know where he'd left the keys to the apartment. When Ryan and Rami arrived, Ryan even surprised me with a 'thank you' gift from Mexico - how cool is that! Rami and Ryan were quiet, clean and respectful of my place and their space. The night they arrived we enjoyed tea and good conversation. I felt completely comfortable welcoming them both to my home and would welcome them back any time!
This is truly the best place to stay in Boulder! The accommodations are chic and comfortable. Tho perhaps the best part is its location- so many wonderful places to go, just steps away. Next visit to Boulder will definitely include staying here again.
Ryan invited me to stay at his place in Boulder last summer, which by the way is an absolutely amazing apartment in the perfect location. Because I was visiting my grand parents in South Fork, Ryan decided to be so kind and pick me up from there, so we made a small road trip together to get back to Boulder. Ryan and I spend 3 days together and even without knowing him at all before meeting him in South Fork we had a great time and we still keep in touch. He can definitely be recommended as a trustworthy and pleasant person.
Ryan's a great guy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was impeccable and the guest bed was ridiculously comfortable. And don't get me started on his unbelievably cool home theater setup. Did I mention it's located within walking distance of all the coolest spots in Boulder? I think I'm running out of superlatives. But what can I say? It's just that good.
