Gail and her family were very nice and they have passed the apartment clean. I can recommend them to anyone as guests.
It was a pleasure to have Gail and her family stay in the Country Cottage at Quail Meadows. I enjoyed the conversations we had throughout their stay. I have to say that being treated to a loaf of homemade bread was a delightful surprise! The cottage was left clean, the communication around the trip was good. I would welcome them back any time.
Although we did not get to know Gail and Tim personally, the communication leading to their stay was easy and effective. They left the houses very clean and were very respectful of our belongings.
We can only highly recommend Gail and Tim as guests to any future host.
no downed trees, power outages or floods in the aftermath of sandy could keep me from writing this review about Gail and her wonderful family. I'm "borrowing" power before its been restored because i cant wait to say thank you. i feel so grateful and blessed to have had such wonderful guests during such an incredibly difficult time in nyc. let me just start by saying, if you ever have to have a natural disaster in your city these amazing brits are the bunch you want holding down your fort! they are communicative, warm, independent, capable and lovely. they took care of themselves and our home as if it were their own. they never complained when things went south and the storm knocked out their power, they just rolled with mother natures punches and made a stressful time feel totally manageable. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so wonderful and also for leaving the apartment more immaculate than they found it. we would be lucky to host them again. thanks for everything!
