In the work of life, Im a designer/builder with a focus in stereotomic construction, rural architecture, custom, inventive fabrication, and ecological design. He holds two degrees in architecture, a B.S Arch from the University of Cincinnati, and a March from Dalhousie University, in Halifax, CA. He works with numerous architects and artists throughout the U.S and Canada acting as general contractor and designer. He is currently principal a 7-person studio, Design Draw Build LAB, and lives between Hillsboro, WV and Burlington, Vermont, collaborating with Sellers and Co. Architects, The Gesundheit Institute for Patch Adams, Burlington City Arts, and teaching architecture at The University of Vermont. Tyler is also the freelance designer for Bonnaroo music festival and Superfly Productions and teaches with a variety of non-profits, including various non-profits in El Salvador, Yestermorrow Design-Build School, and The Vermont Design Institute. Tyler is also a passionate local foodie, painter, rock climber, and musician.
