I had Dejan and his family visiting for a short period, on my return it was clear they had not respected the apartment, the place was left in a very untidy state.
What Dejan is trying to say is that they had accidentally broke my electrique shutter also and didn't think to mention this on leaving, of course they are going to have to pay for the repair.... It was working perfectly on check in as i showed them how it worked etc.
i have rented my apartment many times before, and never have received a bad comment as there was a mutual respect between both parties as you would expect from the airbnb community.
i regret that correspondence has become bitter between us, but i obviously would like to be reimbursed for the damages made.
