The condos that Diana inquired about were already booked so the reservation could not be processed. This condo was available for her dates so it was processed accordingly, It did not have anything to do with "instant book" as ALL inquiries have to be approved before continuing with the reservation process.
IT States that Washer/Dryer are ONSITE, NOT in Condo as the units are 375sq ft so that alone states there is not room for them in the condo.
Like I stated this Guest was Fine with The Change as I emailed her immediately and she did not say, Cancel my reservation, She Said THAT IS FINE.
Now she has changed her story so DO NOT GO By this Guests Assumptions and insinuations.

I contacted Ashley as Soon as I was contacted that they were going to schedule work in the building and unit she reserved and SHE SAID THAT WAS FINE. She Knew she was Not Receiving an Oceanfront unit due to this work and having to move her to a Much Quieter and Available Unit and then She has the Nerve to write the review Like She Did Not Know about It.
ALL OF the units at this Property are the EXACT Same Size whether Oceanfront or Not, ALL the Same.
The Unit she was in was a Totally Remodeled One Of the Nicest units in the Complex so Her statements are Not Correct.
I Have a Stellar Reputation, I usually Do Not Meet the Guests, that is why there is a Front Office to Check the guests in. I Know they had a Great time as She also Met the Owner of the Unit.
This guest is confused. She was booked into a Totally Newly Remodeled unit. The complex decided to do work on ALL of the units lanais in this Building prior to their arrival. NONE Of the Owners or Agents were informed of this work until 2 days before it began, Way too late to modify the rentals. So we Offered to put Denise into another unit and she REFUSED and stated she wanted to stay in the unit she reserved and DID NOT Care that the Lanai was torn up and could not be used. THESE Guests Need to Get Their Facts Straight and Quit Assuming that We had Control over this matter which we did not. IT Has Nothing to do with a Double Booking BUT Due to the Work the Association decided to Start just before the Holidays which was Ridiculous and ALL Owners have expressed their Frustration to the HOA about the Horrible Timing. So I am Sorry BUT These Circumstances were Beyond Our Control and then we have to Deal with upset Guests, The Hoa Doesn't have to, so they did not care how it Affected the Guests at all units in that Building.

THIS GUEST STAYED IN THE EXACT ROOM HE RESERVED. He Inquired about so many he got them mixed up.
I have a very reputable reputation and have been in the business for over 13 years and this Guest Was Very Confused about the Whole Process as I Never Substitute condos unless for an uncontrollable situation, such as being flooded and cannot be occupied.
