I'm looking forward to invite you into a piece of my life, my apartment. I'm 27 years old. Educated ceramicist, and for the past half year, Iv'e been studying cabinet making. I'm living in the middle of Copenhagen in a 2-bedroom apartment. I grew up in this block so I have my parents in the area of a dinner.
My life is focused on working with arts and crafts. I'm exited about the formations, structures in clay and colors and tactility in glazes. I'm experimenting with a lot of new materials and making sculptures as well as tableware.
When I'm not in the laboratory getting frustrated over a firing that went wrong, or a shape that wont fit my idea, I see my friends. We often go on small weekend holidays in one of our residences around Denmark or Sweden. Our favorite places are more deserted, where we can escape our creative lifestyles by fishing and picking chanterelles in the woods.
I have a really close relationship to the most beautiful island of Denmark, Bornholm. I lived there for three years because the ceramic part of the Royal Danish Design School is located there. The island has everything, that you can't find in city life. Amazing beaches, wild forests, just one bodega in a town of 4000 people.. Smokehouses to buy a freshly caught herring..
If you're interested in an authentic experience by living in a creative environment in the middle of Copenhagen, you're more than welcome into my cozy apartment.
All my best
