I am a chef and total foodie who travels a lot with my work and also when not working.
I am very used to living with different groups of people, I am fairly relaxed, tidy, very house trained, respectful of others, and a good cook. I do enjoy an evening cocktail or wine and tapas/meze.
I am not a backpacker and like to stay in places that are comfortable, clean and modern, with interesting people around.
Life is too short to eat bad food and drink bad wine.
