Grit and Malvin were great hosts. They showed us their wonderful garden and vicinity. It was a pleasure to chat with them. We really loved Grit's breakfast and homemade bread, which was a real revelation after several months of toast :-) Couldn't have been better, thank you for hosting us and just the best for you and your lovely son!
Loved my stay with Grit and Malvin. It was a pleasure to stay in a countryside. Grit made me feel so comfortable and would love to come back again to spend some more time to explore the farm.
Grit warmly welcomed us with her son Marvin. The house was really friendly and we had a very good night in this cozy room. Thank you for all Grit !
My family and I had a wonderful stay with Grit. She was friendly and very hospitable! Her farm is beautiful and her house id lovely as well. Grit is very kind, she let us use the kitchen and washing machine as needed and cooked dinner for us our first night as all the shops were closed due to a public holiday. Her little son Malvin is quite the charmer, too!
Grit is amazing. I loved staying here. A lovely host. Staying with Grit and her son was so much fun and she makes the most delicious food! Will be back in 2014 hopefully. Thank you so much for everything Grit and Malvin! xx
Grit is a great host, the room was warm, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is very rural, peaceful and beautiful.
Grit and her son, were fun to be around and i enjoyed their company and the morning walks. i would like to return during the summer to fully enjoy the countryside.
Grit was a very friendly host and the farm is a paradise. Make sure you take the time to look around the walled garden!
Although our stay was cut short by illness, we experienced a sense
of sincere welcome extended by our hostess, Grit Glass, at her guest farm house. Grit showed kindness and compassion towards my injured wife upon our arrival and we know the completed stay would have left us with further fond memories of Irish country life. Next time for sure. Thank you, Grit.
Grit and Mivan were two absolutely wonderful and friendly people. We had such a comfortable stay and felt just so welcome. We loved our nightly and morning walk around the farm and wish we had more time to explore further. Grit was incredibly kind and let us do some washing, prepared our breakfast in the morning and even offered us to share their dinner.
We would not hesitate to stay with Grit and Mivan again and would highly recommend people stay here and really get out and see Ireland and it's beauty in the country.
