It's not I but you who should be ashamed of your behavior.
Everything that you have written above is either incorrect or blatantly misleading.
1. "Dirty bags"? Sorry, but we are not some roadside peddlers traveling with muddy backpacks. We come from respectable backgrounds and had to go for this last-minute airbnb due to lack of options. And please don't tell us that our bags were dirty, you should first go and check your own bathroom - not enough towels and soaps for residents, mouldy bath-tub, limited warm (email hidden)rtunately the sink was at least working..
2. We had clearly informed the person who showed us around the house in the morning that we had come in a car, so it would have been great if he/you could just have informed us about the towing thing, especially because the house does not come with free parking included. We agree that parking the car out on the roadside was our fault, but we could have been informed earlier.
3. This is hilarious. When we were leaving the house, I personally tried to call you 3 times regarding where to keep the keys, and you yourself asked us not to leave them in the mailbox but on the table inside the house, which is exactly what we did.
4. And what about the broken bed, about which we were not told before - we found that once we returned from outside at 11:30pm (already too late to call you), and we had to sleep in it that night.
I would suggest you should focus more on your service and keeping your house in a better shape rather than using abusive language for the visitors who do not give charming and sugar-coated reviews about your house. Learn to accept some bad reviews and negative feedback, it only helps you improve in the future. Lastly, if you don't understand English well, please try to arrange some alternative means for communication, else the entire conversation procedure becomes really difficult.
Hope this helps.
