More knowledgeable re Southern California than most travel agents. Got a question, just ask.
I'm the financial director of a major corporation. I've traveled with Alex and I've stayed at both his places in Encino, CA and Camarillo, CA. As a result of my positive experience with the person and his places, I relocated from Toronto to Southern California! Now that's the highest praise of which I can imagine.
Alex is kind, respectful, professional and a great all around friend, writing peer, and host.
His little place in Encino is quiet, safe, in a great neighborhood and superbly well located. We've walked to dozens of nearby restaurants of every price, caliber and cuisine. - I live in Manhattan and don't miss anything when I visit Alex and Kerri in Los Angeles.
I've stayed here many times. It's an amazing place, so peaceful yet in the center of everything. It's a rare gem that needs to be discovered. - Ask the host, a worthy raconteur, to tell about the "movie star homes" in Malibu or the "art colony" and nightlife around Ventura Beach, which are only minutes away. - There's even a little boat dock attached to his patio to putter about the lake. Only a very few hotels in all of Southern California are waterfront - and for similar accommodations they are three or four times the price.
