I will address the points Javier has raised above. 1. I stayed a month because I paid for a month, which was money he was happy to take. I am confused by this complaint. 2. My car was not full of trash, it was full of moving boxes and other material, since I was moving across the country with all my possessions. Javier nor his staff ever raised an issue with it while I was there. I would have been happy to discuss if he felt I was abusing his property in any way, and would have taken immediate steps to correct it. 3. Since I did stay a month, there was normal use of the small apartment. While it was certainly "lived-in", I did not make any messes or abuse the apartment in any way (and I paid the mandatory cleaning fees) so I believe this issue is illegitimate, and Javier is being vindictive for the review I left earlier. I understand, from his perspective, that receiving negative comments can hurt, and this hotel is his employment, so a certain level of sensitivity is expected. But leaving retaliatory reviews of guests is not professional. Despite this, I still would recommend his hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and convenient parking, and wish it continued success.
