I'm a mind body therapist and sports performance coach. I help athletes uncover their mental blocks getting in the way of the way of performing at their peak. I also work with non-athletes in assisting them in identifying and resolving the obstacles inhibiting them from achieving their goals.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia, lived in Portland, Oregon for undergrad, spent 6 months in Hood River, Oregon to learn to windsurf, lived in London for a year while earning an MA in International Journalism, moved to NYC for a job in publishing, then relocated to San Francisco to earn an MA and PsyD in Clinical Psychology. I moved back to Portland for my post doc and ended up staying there to develop my practice. My dog and I enjoyed a brief stint in Sydney, Australia before moving back to Philadelphia. I love traveling, exploring other cities and cultures and getting to know people.
