Hi Paul -- Apologies for that -- I wasn't able to use my regular cleaning help prior to your stay and didn't get a chance to check everything over thoroughly myself ahead of time. That doesn't normally happen and if you'd messaged me during your stay about it, I'd have been happy to send someone over to give the bathroom another cleaning. Thank you for letting me know about it here, however.
Apologies for the long, long delay and my failure to leave a review in time to meet AirBnB's new, tighter deadlines.
