I travel for fun, writing, environmental collaborations and academic conferences. I help organize participatory community art projects. I enjoy people and places. I like to hike, bicycle and cross country ski on my vacations. I am working on a book of stories about international environmental collaborations. I work as a research fellow in the NY-NJ area and teach as a guest lecturer once a year in the Arctic.
