Dear Chloe, let me offer some advice so that you may be able to avoid such an unpleasant situation (for both of us) in the future:
-please READ the description first: the term "monolocale"("Studio flat") doesn't usually describe a huge space, especially here in Italy.
- LOOK at the photos first: the photos are AirB&B verified and are accurate and truthful: you can see in advance how big the space is.
- Do not choose based on price alone. Rather you should prioritize the needs of your husband, who is over 6 and a half feet tall.
-If you don't want to hear any noise and still want to keep the windows open, do not choose a flat located right downtown.
-KEEP YOUR TIME: You chose to check in at 1 but did not show up until 2 pm, without giving any warning and without replying to my messages, claiming that you were having lunch. Saying thet your cell was still on London time is not a very believable excuse these days...
