I live in Foligno, small town in central Italy. I am half Italian and half Australian, thus fluent speaker in both languages. I love good food, good music and travelling!
I really recommend Chiara's beautiful apartment and the city of Foligno very, very highly. Unreservedly in fact. The apartment is huge, well equipped, lovely furniture and interesting art everywhere. Sun comes into different places during the day, so the apartment is always different. My favorite room was the kitchen with a little terrace overlooking a daily vegetable market with the freshest food bought in from local smallholdings. So there was always inspiration for lunch. Chiara left very clear and useful instructions and added more when I was there.
Foligno is a perfect Italian city/town. Not showy or extravagant like some of its more famous Umbrian and Tuscan siblings, but just very nice, and with the added advantage of there being very few tourists. Big enough for a range of very good restaurants and shops, and small enough to walk across the centre in 20 minutes or so. A perfect place just to hang out, and then if necessary get a train or drive or (best of all) bike to Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, and (my favorites) Bevagna and Montefalco.
I will go back!

We spent a week in this apartment, which was enormous, luxurious and comfortable with a very well kitted out kitchen (even a dish washer) and two bathrooms.
It is situated on the second floor overlooking a very busy and entertaining piazza - we loved looking down on the activities.
Chiara was extremely helpful and made our experience even more pleasant.
