I am a happily married mother of 2 sons living in the beautiful town of Princeton. I love meeting people and enjoy the great things our town has to offer!
Helen was very accommodating e.g. She arranged two cribs for us and we were able to check out at a time convenient to us. The house was very well stocked with things like laundry detergent, kitchen towel and basic toiletries. If you are looking for something a bit more flexible than a hotel, then you will find this an excellent option, although not as modern as a hotel is likely to be.
Helen was a great communicator and was easy to reserve with. The house is exactly the way it looks in the pictures, and she is a gracious host.
We (2 adults and 2 kids ages 2 and 4) spent most of September in Helen's place. The house was just the right size and included everything we needed. Helen was very a very accommodating host. If we ever need to stay in Princeton again we will certainly come again.
Wonderful and accommodating host
A family of 4 adults stayed for 12 days - visiting relatives. The key feedback question: We would definitely stay at Helen's house again.
Positives: The house was very clean & beds very comfortable. The location is quiet and only a 15 mins walk to the centre of Princeton.
Negatives: The fixtures & fittings are showing their age, the lounge & kitchen are small for 4 people.
Helen was great! House was clean, close to town and just comfortable space. We had one minor issue that came up and she responded right away and it was fixed. Would def. stay there again!
I spent a week in Helen's house to attend a conference in the university. The house is conveniently located for the university (10 minutes walk) and is also very close to Nassau St (where all the shops and restaurants are) and to two supermarkets (I specially recommend the Whole Earth Center, (website hidden), on Nassau St!). The area is very quiet and pleasant. We were debating with a colleague whether we should just stay at the Princeton only hotel (the Nassau Inn), but going for Helen's house was a great decision! It turned out to be cheaper for the two of us, and the house was so confortable that we felt like being at home. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped, and there is also a washing machine and dryer available to use. The two rooms are on the first floor, together with really nice bathroom. The house is decorated tastefully and very clean. Thoroughly recommended!
I had to work in Princeton for the week. Since it was after Hurricane Sandy, there were no hotel rooms. I checked Airbnb and found Helen's house. This is a wonderful place to say, very clean. two bedrooms, nice kitchen. It is close to the school and to Nassau Street where there are good restaurants. It has a driveway so you can park your car. My son and I had a great stay. I would highly recommend staying at Helen's house.
Helen was very friendly and welcoming, helpful and flexible about check-in times. The place was super clean, nice and simple. If you are four people it is a bargain. It is walkable to the center of Princeton. My parents had a good stay there.
Worked perfectly for our needs. Very helpful and communicative hosts.
