Excellent location, Luca very accommodating, close to everything. Nice, cosy apartment. Air conditioning a big plus!
Excellent stay at the Red appartment: the location is perfect, comfort is great, and everything went smoothly with Luca who was very flexible.
Do not hesitate!!
Response from Luca:
Luca's place was perfect - well decorated, super clean, and conveniently located to all of the Rome attractions! The apartment is also located right off of a very happening piazza full of great restaurants and shops. Our experience staying in his place was 1st class. We highly recommend!
Response from Luca:
The blue apartment was perfect for our 2-night stay! The little street that the apartment is on is so picturesque. Luca's friend Sabrina was very helpful in helping us get settled and the apartment was a nice resting spot after the daily tourist walks/sightseeing.
Response from Luca:
Hi Emily, I'm very sorry but is too late... the apartment has been cleaned up and is occupied by other guests.
Thank you about your nice review!
This was our first AirBnB experience but were very comfortable booking given the phenomenal reviews about Luca and the Blu Apartment. It definitely lived up to the expectations - the apartment is cute (as pictured) and I imagine more spacious than any other hotel in the Rome area. FANTASTIC location...few steps away from Campo di Fiori with a ton of restaurant options and very fun and lively at night. Totally walkable to all major tourist destinations (Coliseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Vatican City, etc.) Rome as a city is very walk-able but this location is central to all...don't think you can beat it! Luca as a host was also amazing and very hospitable. He was always responsive leading up to our trip when I had questions and had a great starter map of Rome and restaurant recos when we arrived at the apartment. The only confusing thing was there was no apartment # on our confirmation, or directions on how to access the building/ how to meet Luca, so we were standing outside for a little while until I asked a shop keeper across the way to help us call Luca. He was super nice as well. Luca immediately came down to help us with our bags and get us settled in. In any case, I believe Luca has all the necessary info updated on the confirmation now and our overall experience with staying at the Blu apartment was really great. Really have to reiterate how great of a location it is - it really made all the sight seeing we wanted to get done smooth and easy.
My girlfriend and I stayed at the red apartment for 5 days. The apartment was lovely, the air condition worked really well and the shower was excellent. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, wine glasses, bottle opener, pans etc.
The apartment was ready for us at 11 am, and our flight back wasn't till late on the Sunday and Luca let us stay in the apartment as long as we needed, so we didn't have to spend a day with our suitcases, which was a real bonus.
There were some useful books in the apartment and Luca recommended some restaurants in the local area which were useful. Also the location was excellent, really close to piazza navona. We managed to walk to all the main locations easily, Vatican City, the Coliseum etc in about 30 minutes max. Trastevere is close by to so it is easy to eat out in the area, where there are some lovely restaurants.
great apartment, good value for money
I stayed two nights with my friend in Luca's Blu Apartment. Our stay was perfect.
Luca is very nice, he gives us some maps and advices for several restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. He was also flexible with our arrival and departure times.
The apartment is easy to find, clean and quiet.
The location is very central to all of Rome's historical sights. You can visit all the center, even the Vatican without using public transportation.
We had a great stay in Luca's modern apartment . No complaints everything was just as it was described on the website. Was right in the middle of the old part of Rome .we were able to walk everywhere . Very tourist area for drinks and food so if you don't want to pay 9 euros for a wine you need to go a little out of the area .
Torneremo senz'altro.
Campo de' fiori è magica, l'appartamento è accogliente, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio di ricercata eleganza. Luca è uno splendido proprietario. Esperienza consigliata a chiunque voglia vivere Roma sentendosi a casa.
very nice person, friendely.i recomend him.
I met Luca in Rome and in Osho Miasto center several times. He is a very nice, open-minded, friendly person, very much available for his friends, so I assume also for his guests.
I have visited his apartment near Campo dei Fiori, which is honestly the best and most "roman" part of Rome. What a location.... it makes difference when your morning coffee can be consumed right on a 16th century square!
The flat is quite big considering that it is in a very historic building and ancient street. So I think it is very comfortable for two people, you can also cook for yourself. I remember that I was amazed by the design of the apartment and by the nice big shower cabin. That is rare compared to what I've seen in the hotels in Italy!
