Hi Ike, thank you for your feedback. I'm sad however to read your review. We are not an agency, and after all the long long time and patience we had with your endless attempts to bargain and bargain, and strangely trying to book outside Airbnb we still went ahead and accepted your booking, confirmed not long before your arrival. We always try to accommodate our guests arrivals in the best timely manner, yours was booked very last minute and I did explained that we were exceptionally busy the day you arrived (being the last day of the year). In any case I apologise if we were late. We gave you instructions for the check out, which did not involve meeting you when you left the apartment.
Regarding the household appliance, you were provided with our contact details, and you did call and spoke to me about the hob ( you thought it wasn't working but I explained to you on the phone that it was normal that the ceramic hob ring display did not remain on full red at all times and only at the start). If you didn't know how to use any other appliance or had more questions we would have been happy to assist you should you have called us for assistance.
We always try our best to be hospitable and accommodating with our much appreciated guests and I am sorry that our hospitality and efforts were not enough for you. We hope to be able rectify your impressions in the future, but if we don't have the chance to do so, we thank you nonetheless for your visit to our apartment.
