Tracey was very efficient in communicating with us both before and during our stay. The loft apartment was as described, and as shown in photos. It was lovely! Very clean, spacious and inviting. We especially enjoyed the sound of the river, as it lulled us to sleep in the evenings. The building itself was very quiet. There is a Natural Grocer situated at the end of the building. They had a great little cafe inside. Coffee and Lattes were fabulous! Food was fresh and tasty, as well. The downtown area is within a 10 minute drive, and had good restaurants, nice shops and a pretty area to walk around in. We ate at Harlow's Pub ; casual dining with good food, and great waitstaff! Also had breakfast on the go from C'est la Vie. Most awesome crepe I've enjoyed in years! I had the Coco. Savory & delicious! There is a bowling alley and an old movie cinema in the area too. (Yes, we went to both) We hiked around Edward MacDowell Lake ( which is very close by) our first day. Nice easy hiking. The second day, we hiked Mt Monadnock ( per Wikipedia..."It has long been known as one of the most frequently climbed mountains in the world." ) Fabulous hike, rewarding views! Recommend the White Dot trail on ascent and the White Cross trail on descent. We also visited the towns of Hancock, Jaffrey and Keene. Keene had the most variety of restaurants and shops out of the three. We ate at a Mexican Restaurant called Margarita's. Very good food and service! ~We had a fabulous time and look forward to staying in the loft again! Highly recommend!
We had a great 4-day stay here. Everything was well organized and the loft and area are great. Great, comfortable place to stay for exploring this part of NH.
We had a great time at Tracy's apartment. It was very close to lots of restaurants and hiking trails. The unit was very clean and spacious.
The loft was roomy and so convenient to Peterborough. Had lots of fun showing it off to family. We had Natures Green Grocer next door so we could get anything we needed. The outdoor patio by the river was lovely. Tracy met us when we came in and made sure we were comfortable.
Tracey's place was perfect. It's as big and roomy as it looks in the photos. Plus, it's next door to a grocery store, so you can keep her fridge stocked!
This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great! Tracy's loft was nice and airy. A great quiet place to stay. We had everything we needed at her place and the markets (Shaws and CVS) nearby were handy. The town of Peterbrough had some great food places and it was only a 10 minute drive.
We didn't get to meet Tracy, but she provided detailed instructions and was pleasant to deal with via phone and email.
Tracey has an incredibly beautiful loft, a lot of unfinished wood in a remodeled old mill. Very spacious and clean. Amazing place to stay for a few days, and very close to great hiking and a small town that will easily entertain you for several days. Tracey herself was very helpful, and we had a wonderful stay!
Beautiful place. very clean and organized. Enjoyed the morning coffee on terrace. We have never met Tracy. However, her instructions were precise and very helpful. Great experience. Thank you
This is a really beautiful loft with all the comforts of home. I loved going to sleep to the sound of the water ourside and Tracey provided everything needed to make it a perfect stay.
We enjoyed Tracey's loft, with its wonderful open space, abundant light and air, and river location. The photos give an accurate sense of the loft. It has a great custom-carved granite sink in the large bathroom. It was easy and pleasant dealing with Tracey, although we did not meet. An extra bonus is the health food store and cafe downstairs.
