Yassine's place was great! Clean, well located and perfect for me and my two cousins. Yassine was very accommodating and met me for an early check it. All in all, a wonderful stay!
This apartment is in a great location! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and did a lot of walking. There is a Trader Joe's and CVS very close and the kitchen has pots, pans, coffee maker etc. The night we arrived, the wifi was not working and Yassine called the company for us to get it working again which was much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!
Location is really good and close to most of the places we wanted to go. The bed is super comfy!!
But the lock needs getting a little used to, but once you get the trick it's all good.
Thank you Yassin!
We had a great stay in San Francisco, Yassine's apartment is very centrally located, in walking distance to the Market Street shopping area and Union Square and very close to the city's municipal transportation (BART, F-line, buses, cable car). The apartment is spacious enough for two people and equipped with everything you need. Trader Joe's is just a 5 minutes walk away. One should only consider that it can be quite noisy during the nights as the apartment is located in the downtown area.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment was relatively close to the buses. BART train is a bus ride or a 15 min walk away. Walking to the apartment from the BART station with our luggage was a huge mistake because it is close to the Tenderloin area (where all the homeless congregate). I suggest that you take the bus on Van Ness or travel a different route if you're walking. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us. The tv was a little smaller than what we expected but we came here to sight see so it was ok. The building itself shows its age. The decor is modern and pleasant. The kitchen is not big but it was enough for the two of us. trader joe is close by (awesome!). The elevator is really old. we opted to take the stairs (exercise yay!). The bed was comfortable. The only complain we have is the broken door lock. There is a main door that goes into the building and a door into the apartment. The main door works fine. The door to the apartment is broken. The person that let us in, Jen, opened the door for us but had trouble opening it. When we were locked out, I spoke to the owner and he said there is a trick to opening it (really? a trick door?). It took me 15 minutes to open the door on the first night. that same night i spent about 30 minutes trying to master the trick. i thought i had it down but it didn't work the next morning. I spoke with the owner and because he was not in town, he couldn't get a locksmith to fix it. We were forced to leave the apartment door unlocked for the rest of our trip. we were not happy with that. we took whatever valuables we can whenever we went out. we obviously could bring our bigger valuables, which made us uneasy when we went out on the 2nd day. we were thinking about looking for another place, but with only 3 days in SF, we could not afford to lose a day checking in and out of a hotel (not to mention the last minute prices!). The owner assured us the complex is safe but quite frankly it was a little hard to believe since we got in a few times without a key (friendly neighbors opening the front doors for us). i know its a slim chance that someone would try to open the apartment door but it just gave us an uneasiness feeling for what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. Hopefully the owner will replace the front door lock (some other door knobs in the apartment is showing their age as well). The owner said he was going to be back on our last day to fix the problem but never showed up. We didn't bother to call him because we were leaving the next morning...
We had a wonderful time staying in Yassine's modern apartment. It is quite spacious and we found it clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for our stay. There was a huge number of great places to eat and drink within walking distance. It is also is very close to public transport, which was great for those of us not used to SF's hills.
We just stayed at Yassines studio and it was great. Very central and clean. Fairly easy to check in - we arrived quite late. Yassine was easy to deal with and we would probably stay here again.
Best location in San Francisco, especially if you're on foot and public transportation. I walked to Union Square a few times, and there is some good spots to eat in the area. The place had everything I needed, along with a comfy bed. It's on a busy street, but the windows shut out all noise. Sunlight if you want it also. There is even a walkin closet area to put in all of your stuff. Thanks for the great stay!
The appartement is really great and well located. It's close to the center by walk or by bus. We enjoyed a lot to stay there during our trip to SF.
Yassine’s studio is in a perfect location, you are near every tourist attraction of San Francisco by bus.
The Studio is pretty comfortable and Yassine is always ready to help with any suggestion that you ask to him.
We are surely coming back to his place in a near future.
The ideal guest. Easy going, easy to communicate with. Left the place extra clean. Strongly recommend him to any host .
Yassine is the perfect guest. I would have him back anytime!
