We had a great weekend in St Leonard's and Hastings. Keith's house is very well located, close to the shops, restaurants (especially the excellent St Clements) and the seafront. Keith and Neil were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had coffee and croissants and good chats at breakfast. The house is simple, charming, spotlessly clean and tidy. It was very quiet at night and we slept well in the cute attic room. Be warned, the stairs to the second-floor room are quite steep and the bathroom is on the first floor.
Altogether an excellent airbnb experience. We would be happy to return and are happy to recommend. Thank you Keith and Neil for making our stay such a pleasant one.
Lovely home, lovely host, lovely stay! We hope to return!
We had a wonderful stay at Keiths.
The Cottage is classy furnished and absolutely clean. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere will ensure you a fabulous trip.
The cottage is very close to the sea and in a lovely area of Hastings/ St. Leonards.
Keith was an excellent host, courteous and always helpful.
We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.
Keith has been a lovely, friendly, kind and very welcoming host, I felt comfortable there right from the start. The house was beautiful, stylish and spotless, the breakfast really good (free access to the fridge), including fantastic home-made oralime jam from a Californian friend
We had a lovely time in Hastings, and staying in Keith's excellent house certainly helped with that. Keith's a great host, the place is well-kept and very tidy, and close to all of the local shops and amenities.
I would be happy to recommend Keith's place to anybody looking for a great place to stay near the sea-front.
This was a work trip and yet again I was running late after another challenging day. When I called Keith to explain he even offered to bring me the keys to the house, incase he was out when I eventually arrived. This wasn't necessary in the end and when I finally made it Keith was calm, kind and very welcoming. He helped to carry my bags up the the lovely room at the top of the house, which has a skylight over the very comfortable bed - white linen, perfect pillows - and another window looking out over the rooftops to the sea. There's a great bathroom on the floor below with a tub and a very good shower. Keith's house is just a two blocks back from the sea, tiny from the front and surprisingly spacious inside. And yes, it's certainly stylish - urban-on-sea - but with a laid back and welcoming vibe. Keith's recommendation of a restaurant on the seafront, which he thought would 'suit' me, was spot on. He left breakfast out for me the following morning while he went for a bike ride but was back before I left and suggested I visit Charleston on my way to Brighton. Thank you Keith; it was an inspired idea!
We enjoyed it a lot to stay at Keith s place... The house is in a quiet part in St. LEONARDS but still close to the beach. It s only a short distance to walk into Hastings. There are many shops around. Pubs and cafes.
It was a pleasure meeting Keith and Neil . Who had been lovely hosts and they gave us a lot if great information.
We especially loved the little paradise of garden outside.
We had a great experience staying with Keith in St Leonards. The house is perfectly located - close to the station and two minutes from the seafront. The room was very pleasant and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Keith was helpful and welcoming, and our stay went very smoothly.
Friendly and helpful. Approachable and professional.
We really like St Leonard's and have stayed in the area before. Keith's house is stylish and you can tell that he has an eye for good design. The room is at the top of the house with a dormer window to the front which has a view over rooftops and the church spire. The bed had a good firm mattress. There is a built in cupboard with plenty of hanging space and there is a generous chest of drawers. We only stayed one night as we had commitments back home, but we would have been very happy to stay longer. The garden is lovely and it was nice to sit in with a coffee in the morning. We didn't get to meet Keith, but he kindly arranged for a friend to let us is and show us around.
It was a delight to have Keith and family to stay in the Granary. Great to chat to your mum about gardening too. So glad you spent Saturday in Llanidloes, such a lovely little market town. May be more walking next time! Thanks Bez
We had the pleasure of having Keith for a short stay in our home. Keith is quite organized, clean, friendly and outgoing, and we enjoyed his stay very much. We definitely recommend Keith for other future hosts.
Keith stayed at my place with his niece Frances and they were the perfect guests. Quiet, friendly, tidy, easy going and fun.
would be delighted to have Keith stay anytime. Highly recommended!
