Seph place is such a delight! The space is very inspiration and super close to everything in Marfa!

Something fishy going on here. The owner seems to take pride in the listing but the ‘artist’ host in charge was something else— oppositional-defiant, belligerent, noisy, rude, inconsiderate... wow. Non-stop ranting about how animals and women are so needy and always victims, had his weird (nice, but weird) friend over even when I was home alone napping, and there was a really crazy issue with him blaring music at incomprehensible levels through a public address system made for a 150-200 person…Read more

Cool place that is near the heart Marfa!

We came to stay at Seph’s Art gallery during Early February, which seems to be a bit of an off-season for Marfa, Tx. Despite this, Seph and his friends were able to recommend plenty of places in and around town to make sure our stay was full. Staying at an art gallery was the special draw of this place. We felt tuned in to all the things that make Marfa, Marfa by talking to our hosts.

This place is a great location and neat house. The train does come by now and again but really wasn’t bothersome, we didn’t need to use the earplugs at all.

We didn't actually stay the whole night because it was New Year's Eve and there was also a party happening in the place that night. He warned me about that, but the party was still going when we were ready for bed, so we went to a friend's house instead and Seph refunded me. No harm, no foul and this seems like a great place to stay any other time of year.

This space was in a great location for a reasonable price. The private room was stylish and spacious. There was easy access to the porch and bathroom. The bedroom door only had an internal chain lock. You are also able to park in the driveway right near the room, instead of parking on the street. If we are ever in Marfa again, we will definitely come back!

We needed a "working vacation" and this was the perfect place to enjoy Marfa while also finishing our book. Thanks for everything, Jared! We will be back.
