Disappointing end to a transaction. Guest wasn't a problem during his stay with us however he did end up leaving very negative feedback about every part of his AirBNB transaction. Despite our best efforts to make the Squamish experience as enjoyable as possible it seems that nothing would have left the guest satisfied (or happy). Complained about poor directions, accommodations and descriptions, pricing, etc. To date, after hundreds of very happy guests this summer alone (all of which found our directions easy to follow), we have not had a single complaint, ever. We happily receive all feedback we are given, and would have gladly addressed any concerns upon arrival. We do our best to make Squamish an incredible destination however, sometimes some people just cannot be pleased. I would be hesitant to recommend this guest in the future based on this experience.
