I am committed to conscious living and home being a sanctuary. I am an early to bed, quiet, reflective, woman, who doesn't smoke or drink. I'm love cooking, working on a creative project, writing, meditating, watching movies, dancing (everything from Bollywood to world dance and Hip hop), biking, camping, yoga and hiking with friends. I go away on meditation retreats and try to travel out of the country a couple times a year.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Master Somatic Coach, I empower clients with concrete tools to lead inspired, connected and purposeful lives. Over the past fifteen years, I've worked in schools, nonprofits and small businesses, as a teacher, trainer, counselor and workshop leader. I currently have a full practice working with individuals, couples and families in San Francisco and Berkeley. I combine the principles of Aikido, somatic psychotherapy, bodywork and meditation, to help clients align their values with their life's work, clearly communicate their personal needs, lead confidently and connect to their intuitive wisdom and ability to heal. I specialize in leadership coaching, unwinding trauma, embodied sexuality and moving through life transitions.
