First of all Jacqueline doesn't use her real name on AirBnb, which is cause to alarm. Unfortunately the guest before did not leave on time causing my host to have insufficient time to clean the apartment before Jacqueline arrived. Jacqueline was informed of this, and we apologized. I was never informed of Jacqueline's asthma. Jacqueline had internet the entire time. Just because it wasn't wireless she decided that it was an emergency calling and ringing my hosts at 2 am in the morning. Cable was working, but it wasn't on the TV setting that Magalie thought it was. It was on the HDMI cable 2 slot, which I informed her via email on Air Bnb. She kept saying their was no cable cord, pointing a finger at the former guest for taking it, but she wasn't listening. It was actually that I don't use that slot on my TV, and the cable cord is actually the next slot. I was overseas, and was constantly online trying to help her. I was not unresponsive, therefore, 7 days of my holiday were ruined jumping on internet cafes, and jumping online at friends' places to make sure she was alright in my apartment. Due to this woman, I will probably never host again. I never had any other problems until her.
