Glad you felt welcomed :) We have already called the maintenance team to fix the heating in the room you both stayed (that's the only room which it's not working, unfortunately). We didn't realised it didn't work, sorry. And just to clarify one thing: we don't have TV licence in our flat as we don't watch it at all (in order to watch live TV in the UK you need to pay a licence). What we normally do when guests want to use it, it's giving them a HDMI cable to connect their computer to the TV. So they can watch movies online or use the BBC iPlayer :) Thanks for your constructive feedback!
