I wished Andrea's stay at the apartment was better for him. I did in fact have the place professionally cleaned and I washed the towels/sheets/comforters before he arrived. Andrea has a very high standard for sheets/towels (ex: wanting them ironed), but I was happy to refund him the cleaning fee + reimburse his cost for new sheets/towels if it made his trip better. As for the dust, the cleaner did miss one corner in particuluar and I will certainly pay a closer look for future guests to the sheets/towels/ and any missing dust spots. As for the place being cluttered, it's NYC it's very difficult to store all of your items and I have stayed at apartments that gave far less space for guests to leave clothing/personal items. I had 3 succesful stays prior to Andrea's visit, none of which cited these issues. Still, I do wish Andrea the best and will factor in all of his experiences to make sure my next guests are even more satisfied.
