Had a great time. Sadri was very accommodating. Location is great, close to the subway so getting around was easy. All in all a good experience.
Sadri was a very nice and accommodating host. Very straightforward to communicate with and was very obliging. We never got to meet him, but was prompt on responding to our inquiries. My friends and I drove down from Toronto & got to his place a little later than the check-in time, but Sadri was very nice to inquire if we had arrived safely. Initial impression of his place was: cozy. It was a cute apartment that’s a bit rough around the edges, but really had the comfortable feeling to it. His place had 2 sets of stairs that was not mentioned on the post, but the place is advertised the way the photo shows. The neighbourhood itself was quiet and had free parking right in front of the place, which is a bonus! It wasn’t’ a far drive from anywhere and it was a nice walk from the Distillery part of Montreal. Overall, my friends and I had a great time at Sadri’s place and would recommend it to anyone.
This place was nice, does look bigger in the picture than it is in person but it's still cozy and comfortable. Perfect for the 2 of us, with definitely enough space. The area is very nice and quiet and it's a 10min walk from a lot of food options, a store with whatever you might need and a supermarket which was perfect! There's also a store open right on the corner of the apartment that's open til 11pm which served it's purpose every time we needed it. By metro from the apartment to the real scene of Montreal it's no less than 15mins and by taxi less than 10mins but by foot almost an hour. The neighborhood is very quiet which was appreciated at night for a nice rest. All in all you get what you pay for and if you're not too comfy to learn the area, you get a little more!
Sadri is a great host and very kind. Although we did not get a chance to meet, he had left the keys for us which allowed us to check in a little late because we were traveling from Toronto.
As for the house, it is extremely comfortable and easily accommodates 7 guests. I loved the location because it was very close to where we wanted to go.
The only thing that needs a little work is the kitchen stove because the screws of the handle were a little loose.
Overall, loved the place and my friends and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.
The apartment was great and for a good price! Well maintained and the kitchen had what we needed to cook meals for the four of us. The closest metro stops were on the green line and only two-three stops from the transfer to the orange. Every place we wanted to go could be found off of those two lines, so the location was suburb in that sense. Out of the two metro stops the apartment was near, we didn't find too much around the Papineau stop, but there were a few small bars, a really good crepe place, and a Tim Horton's near the Frontenac stop. WARNINGS: The door to the bathroom is made of sort of see-through glass, not a big issue as we just draped an extra bed sheet over it. Also, the room with the queen sized bed is separated from the living room by a fabric wall and not a real one. Again, not a big deal for my group, but we didn't see that from the pictures. If driving to Montreal in the winter, ask Sadri when the plows will come to the street you parked on (will be aproblem anywhere you stay in the city). I didn't realize they were plowing the street I parked on the second day I was in the city and my car got towed. NOT FUN. Otherwise, great area and location. Sadri was very responsive and attentive and I would recommend his place to any of my friends staying in Montreal.
We were a bit surprised when we arrived at this rental. There were a few things that weren't as the pictures & "renovated" claim implied: once inside the apartment there was nowhere to wipe your snowy feet. There is a mat just inside the door before a long dirty staircase, but as we didn't want to get our socks filthy...; the was no toilet paper or paper towels and only one dirty dishtowel (the host was called and came a few hours later to bring the toilet paper); the bathroom and kitchen were not renovated. They were a bit dirty, the shower curtain was very moldy and some of the kitchen cabinets were literally falling off; the bedding was not the fantastic bright and beautiful ones you see in the ad - they were drab and old; many of the windows were missing curtains, the one in the bedroom has a small blanket tacked up instead; not sure what exactly was "renovated" aside from, perhaps, paint and laminate flooring in some of the rooms. Could be cute someday, but needs more attention and upgrades. You get what you pay for.
The location is very convenient, near subway and walk distance to some good restaurants. The environment is very quiet and the room is big enough for 4-6 people. The house is a little old, but it's safe I think. So it's a good choice for 3 or more people.
The house was really good, everything as described on the ad. We found it cozy and comfy, enough space for fitting 7 people in a right way. Front and rear balconies give some extra light an fresh air breathing opportunity.
The equipment is enough for the staying, with cutlery, glasses, dishes and general cooking stuff. The house is warm as there are electrical heaters in every room.
We found some bed sheets in the closets for using in both the bed-couch and one of the bunked beds.
Location is good, well communicated for the arriving from the highway 20, some blocks away from Prince Edward Bridge.
What do we like about Sadri's place? Good location, free parking and the privacy. The bed rooms were the same as the ads. Modest place at the modest price. Thanks Sadri! Beirong
Sadri and his family were very good guests. it was very easy to communicate with them and they left the condo very clean. I would not hesitate to rent them our condo again.

Sadri is a very serious friendly and professional person! As a friend I've many occasions to spend quality time at his place for different parties! He likes to get people together by organizing different activities (party, park activities, cinema, video game, etc.). He is always looking to please and make people comfortable.
For those reason I highly recommend Sadri cause I know by experience that when he does something he is doing it well and goes beyond the expectations!
