Hi! I am new to the community but have heard great things from those who host and travel and I'm excited to be part of the site... I am waiting on bnb pictures, so while I'm getting better pics loaded feel free to ask me any questions.

There's lots of chick flicks around here to watch and you'll never be short of a Seinfeld or episode of 24... HDTV and dvd players in master and living room... and lots of fun books to get into... I love to read random books from devotionals involving my faith to the trendy novels... such as the Shades series. Austin is an amazing city to live in... and visit, I'm sure! I love dining out and trying plates, wine and unique cocktails. Needing a tip on a special spot, I will have a gazillion ideas!

I'm from Houston originally and studied business at Baylor - Sic 'EM! I have traveled extensively across the US while managing an experiential marketing team for a sports marketing and fan enhancement program for the PGA, MLB, NFL and XM radio, pre merger... Yes, it was awesome!!! I have owned a private events company and coordinated everything from weddings to corporate and small weekend group events and having loved the freedom of an entrepreneur, I now own POSH Body Studio... a small studio here in Austin specializing in laser hair removal, eye lash extensions, and mobile airbrush tanning. I believe in work hard, play hard and hopefully airbnb will help me play harder!

5 things I can't live without... McDonald's sweet tea, lash extensions (completely different from fake lashes), bath salts, toothbrush/toothpaste (counts as one??) and my bible. All guilty pleasures and things that help me keep centered while having a busy, stressful schedule.

As a guest, I'm compulsively OCD and organized. I like to leave a place better than when I arrived. I will be learning to travel last minute as I fly as a Delta employee... but it's standby so I get to live a little more freely for the next year or so. I'm looking forward to seeing new places and stepping outside of my comfort zone.

As a host, make yourself at home. I will always have guest beds made, fresh linens, extra toiletries (just in case) and other small conveniences available for you.

My life motto... I have a few... but as a small business owner, and a single woman who has experienced life's high's and low's...

Never second guess who you are, where you have been or where you are going. Live passionately. Learn from your mistakes. Celebrate Success. Give. Take risk. Love. Laugh until your belly hurts. Relish in the wonderful times. Experience bliss. Be deliriously happy. Dream BIG because dreams have no expiration date. ALWAYS expect great things.
