I am so sorry for the accidental incident. I never ever heard any of my guests complained anyone who using the washing machine at midnight before. So I didn't know that until Marcia called me and told me that she and her husband already left my place. I was trying to persuade them come back on the phone ( I told her I can solve all of her problems and also said I can switch them to another bigger bedroom) But Marcia said they would never get back. :( For the breakfast, I am really sorry as my fault, My aunt didn't prepare breakfast for them. I should have updated my Airbnb web for the daily breakfast request. Cause we no longer offer the breakfast since my aunt has to work every morning and she doesn't have time to cook. Unless the guests have a special request for breakfast( Guests usually would let me know before they arrive) . My aunt would prepare. Otherwise, We just put some simple fruit and snack on the table. Also, guests can free to get any stuff from refrigerator. I am sorry that you didn't ask me anything and I just thought everything was fine. So I didn't call you asking how is everything going? I will do better and spending more time to communicate with my guests in the future.
