we appologise . You are right, this happened due to misscommunication between me and my brother who put you in other apartment. You should have gotten the apartment shown in the photo, but by mistake it hapened. You should have notiied me immediatley that it was not the apartment that you have reserved. It is our primary goal to make our guests satisfied and not just to cash the bills, therefore we would like to send you the money you paied back. Upon your next arrival in Sibenik we would like to have you as our guests, without any fees to pay. Once more please accept our sincerest appologises.
