I truly appreciate the feedback and am deeply sorry that you and your friends were not satisfied with your stay.
- I am sorry that the apartment was not as clean as you had expected. I will take this into consideration moving forward. The apartment is fully cleaned prior to each guests arrival,and will inspect in greater detail the kitchen and bathroom conditions.
- I was not angry by your desire to leave early. I worked on providing two options for your early departure, including a mailbox location for the apartment thatis a 10 minute walk, or 1 bart station away from the apartment. I am sorry that neither were satisfactory and will look into other arrangements in the future.
