I stayed here for two weeks, with Adam, Bryan and their dogs - thanks to them I had a great time in New York. They are very friendly and helpful. Their apartment is very clean, you get a big room with respect for privacy. Location is perfect to visit Brooklyn and Manhattan - their apartment is located in a nice and cosy neighborhood. It was a great experience.
Had a very nice stay with Adam and Bryan and co (puppies!). Very nice about helping me get settled, get a taxi. Very comfortable with the separate space upstairs. All in all a perfect stay for a one night drive by wedding across the street. Super convenient and easy!
Adam and Bryan are so friendly and accommodating. I've stayed with them a couple of times and each one was easy and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone and would love to stay with them in the future! Boomer and Rocco are the cherry on top!
Staying here was a pleasure. Rocco and Boomer were a plus, close to everything and a wonderful option for everyone visiting NYC.
I can't imagine a pair of more gracious, easygoing hosts than Adam and Brian. They treated me like a roommate, in the best possible sense -- friendly and accommodating but never overbearing. I had a pretty erratic schedule, visiting friends and attending long school sessions, and they were just fine with the weird hours, and the fact that I was always cooking in the kitchen.
The room itself was perfectly nice. The bed is a fold-out futon, but pretty comfortable as futons go, and there's a big comfy chair and two desks for writing. Several 90 degree days made me grateful for the rooms powerful (but noisy) A/C, and the location is great: midway between two of my favorite Brooklyn neighborhoods (Carroll Gardens and Park Slope) and just a few stops on the F train from Manhattan.
A word about dogs. I really like dogs, so I was fine, but I can imagine some folks might not be. There are two in the apartment, both are sometimes prone to barking, and one's still a (large) puppy prone to jumping on strangers and tearing things up. They're adorable, both of them, but liking dogs is a must for this apartment.
Had a great three night's stay with Adam. The neighborhood was perfect for a wedding weekend with events in Ditmas Park, Williamsburg, Carroll Garden and Gowanus.
Adam was lovely and welcoming. He helped me with my luggage and fixed me a cup of tea upon arrival.
The room was spacious and private with desk space and a nice roomy leather chair for reading. Sadly, due to the horrible weather I couldn't enjoy the outdoor deck.
Boomer (bulldog) and Rocco (poodle) were a additional welcoming treat in the apartment.
I really enjoyed my stay at Adam and Bryan's home. The room is very comfortable and the apartment is beautiful. Adam and Bryan were both very gracious hosts. I liked having the privacy of a room up a short flight of stairs but at night it was hard when I woke up and needed to go down the stairs to the bathroom (oh, the blessings of age!). The apartment is very close to my daughter's home and I look forward to returning.

Adam's place is amazing, very close to subway, restaurants and all the best Brooklyn has to offer. Calm and friendly neighbourhood.
Adam and Bryan are wonderful people, very friendly and always ready to help. Oh, and they have amazing dogs too, I already miss them.
Thank you for everything guys!

Adam and Bryan were fantastic guests. Although they got caught up in traffic on the way into DC they messaged and gave me updates to their progress. Very pleasant couple of guys, I wouldn't hesitate to have them back as guests any time.
