Sadly, we did have problems with the guest and she needed a lot of attention. She mentions the pictures on Airbnb, these were taken by an Airbnb photographer and not altered in any way. For this guest, I went to the unit on multiple occasions, including to show her how to plug in the Aerobed so it would inflate (you only need plug it in and turn it on) and she had no idea how to turn on the stove, which I also helped her to do (just turn the knob). I bought and assembled a new sofa after she complained. She actually texted "you are an awesome host" the following day, which was very nice. Both my assistant Lisa & I answer our phones but texts are almost always faster. We did answer every text she sent (and there were dozens) within literally 5 minutes at most.
